Exciting May Happenings!

Hello All!,

Starting on May 7, 2021 will be the beginning of Prime Rib Nights served from 5-10pm. with a 2 hr. open bar for $3.00 ( May 7 only) at the American Legion Post #102 112 W. Elizabeth Ave. Linden, N.J. I am excited to have the opportunity to share my food with everyone. I am hoping to do 2 or more dinners a month depending on the demand. The 2nd event will be on May 21, 2021. I will be roasting Pork Butts and serving Cuban Mojo Roasted Pork with Black Beans & Rice. Food ready for pick up after 5 pm at the American Legion.

I have added new items to my online menu so please take a look. I am still available for small dinner parties, BBQ’s, birthday parties or anything you need.
